While at AAA, I led a team of interns to host a presentation for the company’s senior leadership team on strategies for growing AAA membership in the Gen-Z demographic. I also conducted secondary research for the travel team, examining market trends and presenting recommendations to expand AAA’s family travel offerings. Lastly, I interviewed members of the travel and discounts teams to develop internal workflows using Canva.
Mitzvah Circle
Marketing/Event Planning Intern | Norristown, PA | May – August 2023
At Mitzvah Circle, I helped optimize the non-profit’s social media accounts, improving engagement on Instagram by 17% over a period of three months. I assisted in creating marketing campaigns for two fundraisers, designing graphics and filming promotional videos. These videos provided personalized content which drove interaction with Mitzvah Circle’s social media and helped communicate its mission to the public.
